Chuao Chocolatier launches new deal on chocolates for Fourth of July

Americans love chocolate just as much, if not more, than apple pie. Honestly, who doesn’t like chocolate? It’s like heaven in candy form. What’s not to like? The only thing Americans love just as much (if not more) is a deal! And that makes Chuao Chocolatier’s new deal the perfect combination for this Fourth of July.

They are currently running a deal on three of their flavored chocolates. If you buy their Firecracker, Oh My, Smores, or Spicy Maya bars, or the Firecracker joy-filled caramels, you get 20% off the price. So, for instance, you buy the firecracker bar, instead of it being $6 for an individual bar, it will only be $4.80. Discounted chocolate that’s not in the “we couldn’t sell this” bin…what’s better than that??

More from Snacks

If you never had this brand of chocolate before, let’s talk about the flavors a little bit. The Firecracker has sea salt, chipotle, and candy crackle mixed into the dark chocolate. The Oh My, Smores has marshmallows and crushed up graham crackers in the milk chocolate. The Spicy Maya is dark chocolate mixed with cinnamon, pasilla chile, and cayenne (yum).

If you’re more into the firecracker joy-filled caramels, they are the same as the Firecracker bar but filled with caramel! They’re normally $5, but with the discount, they’re only $4. And if you are really in the mood for a chocolate binge or you’re sharing with your friends, you can get a pack of 12 Firecracker bars for $54.24 instead of $67.80. Yes, a lot of money for chocolate, but if Chuao Chocolatier is your favorite brand, it’s probably worth it.

Chuao Chocolatier’s Firecracker, Oh My, Smores, and Spicy Maya chocolate bars are all on sale

And just so you don’t freak out, the discount is applied once you add what you want to your cart. If you go to the website and look at the prices, the discount isn’t shown. You have to add your items to your cart first to see what the final price will be. Also, shipping is around $9 so you might want to get a big order. Buying one bar of chocolate and paying more for shipping than the actual item  always sucks.

If you have a store near you that sells Chuao Chocolatier, that might be your best bet to get the chocolate for a good price and not have to pay the dreaded shipping. You can find them at Whole Foods, Wegmans, and Bed, Bath and Beyond on the East and West coast.

You might be wondering how these are Americana-inspired. It’s more to do with the packaging than anything else. It’s all red, white, and blue, and the Firecracker flavor does remind you of fireworks. Whether you’re enjoying these on Fourth of July or a random Tuesday, they do look really good.
