With Independence Day coming up, try this new Firecracker drink from Starbucks
It’s definitely no secret that we’re huge fans of Starbucks here, let alone all of their secret menu creations. While most secret menu drinks bear tons of calories, are too complicated, or you just simple don’t like them, let’s talk about the latest addition to the secret menu: The Firecracker.
This drink not only sounds good, but it’s also super pretty too, which of course makes a difference, especially when talking about Starbucks drinks here. In addition to this drink looking and sounding delicious, let me also add that it’s definitely got a much more desirable price tag than most other secret menu drinks do.
Starbucks’ Firecracker drink will make your ombre dreams become a reality
This drink in particular was first created by the people over at TotallyTheBomb. The drink is said to be sweet and very light, so basically a Summer’s dream sort of drink. It’s also got a half-and-half ombre look going on, which is super aesthetically pleasing. In fact, you can view it yourself down below.
Now, if you ask me, this drink just looks like something I would like, and doesn’t even look like it’s real in all honesty. Also, as a little side-note here, if you need a bit of caffeine, but don’t like the taste or feeling of coffee, then this drink is also perfect for you because it’s got just enough of a kick to start your morning, or just as an added benefit for others as well.
Obviously, as you may or may not be aware, you’ll get the hairy eyeball if you go to Starbucks and ask for this by name because the baristas there will probably say something along the lines of, “I can’t make it for you if you don’t give me the recipe.” So, we’ll provide that for you below:
- Start by ordering a mango dragonfruit lemonade refresher with no inclusions
- Ask for one pump of raspberry syrup
- Top it with a little bit of passion (tango) tea over the ice
- If it’s not poured over the ice, then you won’t get that ombre effect
- Lastly, make sure that it’s shaken up with great ease
