Costco is offering a must try Pots & Co cheesecake flavor
If there is one dessert we have a special affection for, it would have to be cheesecake. Maybe it is our love of cheese or the fact that we love sweets, but this is the kind of dessert that satisfies on many levels. And thanks to Costco, some lucky shoppers can get their hands on a perfect single portion of lemon cheesecake to make at home.
Recently we wrote about the personal size apple crumble that Pots & Co was offering to Costco customers in Texas, and now Delish is reporting a new must try flavor! Once again, the dessert company is offering the cutest reusable ceramic pot, but this time with a lemon cheesecake that is essentially the perfect summer dessert.

And maybe it is just us, but we love the fact that the lemon cheesecake comes in a little yellow ceramic pot, while the apple crumble from the end of May was green to match the Granny Smith apples they chose for the dessert. It just works and makes these desserts stand out from the crowd!
According to the Costco Buys Instagram that shared the delicious news originally, these upside-down Lemon Cheesecake pots are available in the Southeast. And it seems that stores in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, the Carolinas, and Alabama are among the lucky ones to have a chance to snag these sweet treats.
If you love lemon and cheesecake, then this seems like the perfect snack for summer. And the fact that you have reusable ceramic pots for future baking is always an added bonus.
We have certainly fallen in love with the offerings that Pots & Co keep delivering, and we can’t wait to see what they come up with next. And if we have to head to Costco to snag these desserts, we are okay with that, as long as we keep getting delectable flavors to try.
