Arby’s has long prided themselves on standing apart from the rest of the fast food pack. Their ads are a bit edgier, their service a bit speedier and in the biggest departure, they haven’t made the burger the entire focus of their menu.

Unlike McDonalds and Burger King, the clever fast food chain instead went with fresh sliced roast beef and chicken to put between a toasted bun. The decision helped the fast food chain to feel unique in what can seem like the “been there, done that” world of the fast food drive-thru.

That said, the best-selling menu item from the popular fast food chain should come as no surprise. Can you guess what it is?

Arby’s fans were recently asked what their favorite menu item is at the restaurant and the winner isn’t that much of a shock. As reported by Mashed, the Classic Roast Beef Sandwich was the runaway winner.

The Classic Roast Beef Sandwich is the sandwich that put Arby’s on the map and the one most people know the chain for. Even if you’ve never been to an Arby’s you know they “Have the meats” thanks to the catchy ads that run seemingly without end.

To be honest, the Classic Roast Beef Sandwich is tough to turn down. Marinated sliced roast beef on a toasted roll? Who in their right mind would not take that over a Big Mac or a Whopper? Seriously.
