Over the years, Pizza Hut has in some cases fallen out of favor with pizza lovers. However, there are a few reasons you should give them another chance. After all, this was once the place we went to create family memories and enjoy cheesy, gooey, pizza goodness.

Maybe you stopped going to Pizza Hut because you grew up and it felt like that was a place where only children went with their parents. (Raise your hand if you and the family went to the restaurant for pizza and soft drinks in the iconic red cups after a soccer match, a football game, getting a good report card, or any other event.) Or maybe you decided that gourmet pizza flavors were more your thing. Perhaps you found yourself liking a different style or brand of pizza.

Honestly, there are a lot of reasons why so many of us stopped going to Pizza Hut. However, now might just be the perfect time to show them some love again.

3 reasons we think Pizza Hut needs more love

October is National Pizza Month, and that means that there is a lot of pizza love happening right now. And what better time to head back to Pizza Hut than in a month when we celebrate this fan favorite food?

The first reason we think Pizza Hut needs more love is they are the original home of the iconic pan pizza. This is their signature pizza, which means that they have absolutely perfected the art of this style of pizza. A buttery, flaky crust that is also perfectly chewy inside and crisp on the outside, the pan pizza is always delicious when I head to a local Pizza Hut for one of these pizzas. (I won’t talk about delivery, because that’s hit or miss with nearly every restaurant in this country it seems.)

Seriously, if the pan pizza doesn’t convince you to show Pizza Hut some love, I don’t know what will.

The second reason we should be showing the pizza chain some love is the fact that they are continually innovating and offering new options that are delicious and satisfying. From trying new ingredients and recipes to offering unique spins on classic dishes, this is a company that is always doing their part to make the chain a favorite.

Innovations are how a company stays relevant. And of course Pizza Hut is doing their part to be as famous as they once were. With so many amazing special menu options over the last few years, they are showing us repeatedly that they are trying to be at the cutting edge of the pizza world.

Finally, the third reason that Pizza Hut needs more love is that they truly bring us the feeling of nostalgia for days gone by. These are the restaurants where so many of us built memories with our friends and family. And that means that they will always hold a place in our hearts. So why not give a place that was so much a part of our lives some appreciation?
