El Pollo Loco celebrates the holiday with new menu items and a Black Friday deal

El Pollo Loco gives us new menu items this holiday season

When it comes to tasty meals this holiday season, you may not automatically think of El Pollo Loco, but they want to change that with these menu items and of course a special deal just in time for Black Friday.

In a press email for El Pollo Loco about their current holiday season efforts, we learned about not only the three new additions to their menu, but also the deal they are offering for people looking to snag a gift card for fans of the chain.

First, let’s talk about their Black Friday and Cyber Monday deal which actually starts on Nov. 26 and runs until Dec. 1. It seems that any customers who purchase an egift card valued at $50 will receive an “e-bonus” of $10! Just think, that is an entire meal.

El Pollo Loco gets into the holiday spirit with these new menu items

On top of their Black Friday and Cyber Monday deal, they are also giving us new menu items to enjoy. Specifically, we learned that “El Pollo Loco is bringing back three classic holiday favorites to honor the cultural traditions of the company’s Mexican roots.”

The three new additions to the menu are Mexican Hot Chocolate (perfect for the entire holiday season), Chicken Pozole Verde, and finally the addition of Holiday Tamale Bowls. Basically, these additions to the menu are everything we could have hoped for this holiday season and more.

While we don’t know how long these items will be on the menu, we are definitely excited to head to an El Pollo Loco location near us to give all of these items a try.

Whether it is taking advantage of the Black Friday/Cyber Monday gift card offer or snagging one of these holiday ready menu items, there is something for everyone at El Pollo Loco right now.
