Is Trader Joe’s open on Thanksgiving Day 2020?

Will Trader Joe’s be open on Thanksgiving Day?

Are you looking to pick up some last minute grocery items on Thanksgiving Day? Did you forget to pick up potatoes, cranberry sauce, or any other must have item on your holiday menu? Then you might be wondering if Trader Joe’s will be open.

If you need to snag a few more things to finish up your Thanksgiving meal, be prepared to find a different store because it seems that Trader Joe’s will be closed on Nov. 26, according to Delish. And with their closing, they actually join a long list of retailers and restaurants that are keeping their doors closed this Thanksgiving, including Walmart and Target.

Trader Joe’s will not be open on Thanksgiving Day

This is not the first time that the store has stayed closed on the holiday, in fact this is something they typically do to allow their employees a chance to enjoy time with their families. And knowing that the store isn’t going to be open means you either need to double check that you have everything you need before the end of the day on Wednesday or you’ll need to find a different store to do your last minute shopping in.

With Trader Joe’s being closed on Thanksgiving Day, you may also want to check with them to figure out when they will be closing the night before. And it is expected that they will reopen for normal business hours on Friday, Nov. 27.
