Wendy’s Pretzel Bacon Pub Tripple Cheeseburger

Unlike a small side salad or a chicken wrap, there’s certainly no reason for anyone to think that a triple cheeseburger is going to do your body any good.

Since its inception, Wendy’s certainly hasn’t been shy when it comes to continuously drop brand new food items at a rapid pace.

If you think back to 10 or 15 years ago to now, you’ll notice that Wendy’s is quite consistent when it comes to giving customers something new to look forward to.

Recently, Wendy’s came out with yet another new item called the Pretzel Pub Cheeseburger. Much like most burgers on their menu, you have the option to stack them high if one patty on your sandwich doesn’t satisfy you.

Stack your pub cheeseburger to three and the result is an unhealthy, unwholesome masterpiece of pure and utter deliciousness. There, I said it. Get at me, bro.

Chick-fil-A’s Cobb Salad

When it comes to fast food, many consider Chick-fil-A to be one of the healthiest choices there is. When compared to the likes of other fast food chains like Burger King, Caines Chicken, Wendy’s, and KFC, this claim isn’t far fetched at all.

While this may be true, Chick Fil A’s Cobb Salad (of all things) isn’t nearly as healthy as one might think. Eat This, Not That! reports that Chick-Fil-A’s Cobb Salad contains a whopping 54 grams of fat, with 12 grams coming from the saturated kind. In addition to that, this salad is reported as containing 1,890 grams of sodium.
