Chicken Pot Pie (KFC)

Although it may be a shock to some, KFC’s Chicken Pot Pie is yet another item that one would assume isn’t all that unhealthy. I mean, there are vegetables included as it is a pot pie after all. Plus there isn’t any skin on the chicken meat they use for this particular item… so you know, yeah… sounds healthy.

Unfortunately, that isn’t the case. a Mashed article even goes as far as stating that if you grew up eating KFC’s Chicken Pot Pie regularly, there’s a chance you’d be pushing up rose pedals by now. While that’s certainly not meant to be taken seriously, this pot pie is certainly nothing to play with. It reportedly contains an astonishing 1,970 milligrams of sodium.

In-N-Out’s 4X4

It’s listed under their not so secret menu on their website. Like the rest of the items on this list, you’ll probably like it if you try it. But if you couldn’t already tell by its title, the difference between this item and the others has to do with its quantity. That’s right! In-n-Out ups the ante with four beef patties instead of three.

Now if you really want to throw caution to the wind, a side order of animal style fries with a chocolate shake is the perfect way to do so. The question is, with all the beef, cheese, sauce, and such, do you dare add fries and a shake?
