Supersonic Bacon Double Cheeseburger
Welp, it’s loaded with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and 2 beef patties. On paper, Sonic’s Bacon Double Cheeseburger seems to be just like any other average, everyday fast food burger; unhealthy, but a real treat to eat.
However, according to TheStreet, Sonic’s Bacon Double Cheeseburger contains 87 grams of fat and 1,240 calories. If that isn’t enough to scare you, trying to modify this sandwich in an attempt to eat healthier isn’t likely, either. The post goes on to state that cutting the bacon or adding lower-calorie versions won’t make much of a difference.
Dairy Queen’s Cheese Curds
Ah, cheese curds! Don’t go thinking that small size makes these bite-sized delights any healthier than eating a Monster Mac at your local McDonald’s. Eat This, Not That! reports that ordering a large order of Cheese Curds from DQ is not a healthy option in the least, as it contains 1000 calories and 67 grams of fat.
Yikes! Forget what I said earlier about the curds not being any better than picking up a burger, in some cases, ordering that sandwich would actually be the healthier option… well, just as long as it’s not any sandwich on this list, of course.
Which of these fast food menu items do you think are the worst? Are there any others you know about that should make the list?
