Here’s a quick list of all the fast food restaurants open today, Christmas Eve 2020

This year is not like the rest, not by a long shot! It’s fair to say that the year 2020 has been very disappointing, many are still in disbelief that the COVID-19 outbreak has spilled over to the holiday season. That said, which fast food restaurants are even open today?

The COVID-19 has impacted everything and anything you can think of, including the fast food and restaurant industry.

Restaurants across the nation (and globe) shut down either completely or only made to-do and deliveries available. Now, most restaurants are open for dine-in with limited capacity, but not before many small businesses were forced to close.

With the biggest holiday of all now here, where do fast food restaurants stand? Here’s what we know!

Fast food restaurants open today

You are in luck! While tomorrow, on Christmas Day, some locations do close their doors, most fast food restaurants are open today, Christmas Eve.

Please keep in mind that hours vary depending on your location and fast food chain, but, for the most part, the places below are open (but with shorter hours of operation):

  • McDonald’s
  • Burger King
  • Chick-fil-A
  • Starbucks
  • Jack in the Box
  • Sonic
  • Chili’s
  • On the Border
  • Boston Market
  • IHOP
  • Denny’s
  • Arby’s
  • Red Lobster
  • Subway

Essentially, all major fast food chains are open. In fact, I believe all fast food restaurants, big and small, or open for business on Christmas Eve. It’s the shorter hours that you need to look out for! And keep in mind that most of these will either have limited availability on Christmas Day or not open at all.

You may be surprised to see Chick-fil-A on this list, they close early, but will be open. Don’t count on them Christmas Day, though!
