Which fast food restaurants are open on Christmas Day 2020?

These are the fast food restaurants that are open (and closed) today, Christmas Day 2020.

Whether you party more on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, both of these days are filled with delicious food. This food, however, isn’t always homemade. Want a break from the kitchen? Here’s where you can go!

This holiday season has been stranger than most! Okay, fine, it’s the oddest of all! One thing we won’t allow COVID-19 to ruin, though, is what we eat. We didn’t on Thanksgiving and we certainly won’t on the biggest holiday of all.

Christmas, and the holiday season in general, can still be delicious, in part thanks to fast food restaurants. After all, we love a homemade meal, but don’t want to be a kitchen slave! Who does, right? And on Christmas!

That said, we’ve gathered up a quick list of the fast food restaurants open for you to stop by for a bite (or three).

Fast food restaurants open on Christmas Day 2020

The following are fast food restaurants that we know for a face are open on Christmas Day 2020. Please note that hours may be different depending on your location and that the majority are open, but there may a few that are not.

  • Dunkin’ Donuts
  • Waffle house
  • Domino’s Pizza
  • McDonald’s
  • Panda Express
  • Boston Market
  • Denny’s
  • IHOP
  • Starbucks
  • Buffalo Wild Wings
  • TGI Fridays
  • Jack in the Box
  • Burger King

Again, it all comes down to your locations, there are a few that will be closed, despite being on this list. Sonic, for example, was not included here because most locations have reported will be closed on Christmas Day.

Additionally: Most of the above have reduced operating hours. 

Casual restaurants Chili’s and On the Border will also be closed. Another popular fast food restaurant closed includes Chick-fil-A, which closes for major holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas.
