These are the fast food restaurants open today, New Year’s Eve 2020.

With how crazy this year has been, we’re not sure what’s what! And this includes which fast food restaurants are open for business today, New Year’s Eve 2020, and which are closed to celebrate.

Instead of planning a bar-hopping schedule or simply gathering with our friends and family this New Year’s Eve to countdown the final moments of the year 2020, most of us will be at home.

I am hoping that most (if not all) of our readers are able to at least gather with a few friends and family to celebrate, but we know that’s not possible for many. One thing that you should not go without today, though, is a good meal!

Whether you will be missing mom or grandma’s cooking or just want to give them a break, we’ve put together a quick list of fast food restaurants opening today! This way, you know where to stop by for your favorite meal or drink! Because we need to ring in the new year with a full and happy belly.

Fast food restaurants open today, New Year’s Eve 2020

Fortunately for us, all fast food restaurants should be open today for New Year’s Eve. Please keep in mind that some locations may observe different hours of operation. I have seen that many of the following locations are closing earlier than usual (and opening back up on New Year’s Day 2021 later than usual).

It’s always best to call or confirm with your local fast food joint! Now let’s get to the list! The majority (if not all) of the following are open today:

  • McDonald’s
  • Burger King
  • Boston Market
  • Chick-fil-A
  • Starbucks
  • Sonic
  • IHOP
  • Denny’s
  • Arby’s
  • Subway
  • Red Lobster
  • Jack in the Box

You may be surprised to see Chick-fil-A on this list! We were! They are open today, but do close early. They’ll open back up for New Year’s Day 2021, too!
