Food Network is bringing back fan-favorite Dinner: Impossible!

Have you heard the news? Dinner: Impossible is returning to Food Network this spring! Chef Robert Irvine hosted 7 seasons of this insane cooking show, but in 2010 he called it quits due to all the stress and extremely difficult challenges that he faced both physically and mentally.

After 10 years, he decided to give foodie fans what they have been waiting for. We at Guilty Eats are also thrilled to have it back. Chef Irvine’s recent Twitter post gave a sneak peek into the show’s brand new season and we can’t wait!

What is Dinner: Impossible all about?

If you have never watched this show, you will be amazed! Irvine is one determined dude. He seems to take the most impossible circumstances and turns it into a gourmet meal. The challenging tasks that the chef and his assistants are faced with may not be for the faint at heart, but they get it done.

For example, in one previous episode of Dinner: Impossible, Irvine had to use his culinary skills to feed 250 roller coaster enthusiasts at Six Flags Great America using only the food options that were located within the park. No grocery stores and only 9 hours to get it all accomplished.

What can we expect this spring?

As Robert Irvine says in the exciting preview, “Dinner: Impossible is back, baby!” Indeed it is. There are helicopters and boats involved, as well as remote locations. We can expect a wedding, plenty of rainy conditions, and lots of happy, well-fed people.

There has been no set date that has been revealed just yet, but Guilty Eats will be sure to let you know so you won’t miss a thing.
