A season of Worst Cooks in America has been pulled by Food Network after its winner is arrested for homicide. Trailers, clips, and all episodes are nowhere to be found after the shocking news surfaced.
The Food Network made the right call when it pulled the entire season, and everything related to it, from existence. The season no longer available is season 20, which sees Ariel Robinson winning the competition and taking home the big prize.
Fox Carolina broke the shocking and sad news, Ariel Robinson and her husband Jerry Robinson are facing homicide charges after the death of their adopted 3-year-old daughter.
According to the source, the couple has been arrested in connection with the reportedly “violent death” of the child on Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2021. They also face child abuse and neglect charges. Both are being held at Greenville County Detention Center without bond.
The case and cause of death are still under investigation.
Future seasons of Worst Cooks in America
If you watched season 20 of the cooking competition series, it’s hard to believe Robinson, who won $25,000 from the show, would be capable of such a thing. Needless to say, Ariel Robinson does not deserve to be remembered by Worst Cooks in America fans, we’re glad the season is nowhere to be found.
TVLine shares that all the episodes and clips have been deleted from the Food Network, Discovery+, Hulu, and YouTube. The Food Network has yet to release a comment or statement about the case, though. Honestly, no comment is best.
Not to worry about the future of the competition series, the show goes on! Season 20 is gone, but season 21 premiered earlier this year on Jan. 3, 2021.
New episodes of Worst Cooks in America air each Sunday only on the Food Network.
