McDonald’s brings back the spice with return of Mighty Hot Sauce and Spicy Nuggets
It’s a good day to be a spice fan at McDonald’s! Spicy Chicken Nuggets and Mighty Hot Sauce are heading back to participating locations. And we could not be happier.
It wasn’t long ago that we dropped the news that McDonald’s was giving us their own take on spicy nuggets (Aug. 2020 to be exact). At the time, even Wendy’s had something to say about this news, throwing a little shade towards both McDonald’s and Burger King. But that doesn’t really matter, because it is the customers that count – and the customers made their thoughts known!
According to a press email about the return of the Spicy Nuggets and Mighty Hot Sauce, it seems that the fans of these products were very vocal. And now they are getting their wish, at least for a limited time.
Starting Feb. 1, Spicy Nuggets and Mighty Hot Sauce are back at McDonald’s
With thousands of tweets coming their way, McDonald’s decided what better way is there to head into Feb. (a month dedicated to love) than to show some love to their fans. So if you loved the Spicy Chicken Nuggets (featuring a tempura coating made with chili peppers and cayenne) and the Mighty Hot Sauce (a sauce that is both spicy and sweet, incorporating garlic, chili peppers, and of course cayenne), then now is the time to head on over to a restaurant near you.
And if you haven’t tried these spicy nuggets and dipping sauce, what are you waiting for? In fact, if you really want to try these nuggets then you’ll want to pay attention to this deal from DoorDash:

While the nuggets and hot sauce will only be around for a limited time, we are still pretty excited about this relaunch. Hopefully the fans come out and prove once again that these nuggets deserve a more permanent spot on the menu.
