Seafood Crab Cake Sliders return to White Castle

Thanks to the arrival of Lent, the Great Seafood Sandwich War continues to be waged between all the various fast food chains. New sandwiches are being introduced almost daily or a reinvention of an old favorite is announced with much fanfare. So it was just a matter of time until White Castle joined the fray.

However, instead of trying to reinvent the wheel, White Castle is simply returning a couple of popular items to their menu that will make lots of fans very happy.

As revealed by Chewboom, White Castle has announced that their fan-favorite Seafood Crab Cake Sliders are back for the first time since 2019. In addition, they are also bringing back their Shrimp Nibblers as well for the lenten season.

The Seafood Crab Cake Slider includes a slider-sized crab cake topped with creole sauce and nestled into one of White Castle’s iconic buns. The Shrimp Nibblers are nothing but tasty bite-sized butterfly shrimp coated with breading and then fried a golden brown.

The White Castle Seafood Crab Cake Slider will only be back for a limited time.

Like every other seafood item arriving this month, the Seafood Crab Cake Sliders and Shrimp Nibblers will only be available for a limited time, in this case April 4.

But there is some good news as well. In most White Castle locations you can get a “Mix 6 for $6 deal” where you can mix and match sliders to make your perfect meal. The options include the aforementioned Seafood Crab Cake Slider as well as the Panko Fish Slider, the Bacon Cheese Slider and the Chicken Ring Slider.

That is enough slider goodness to make almost any White Castle fan a very happy camper.
