So far, have any of these sandwiches caught your big eyes and stomach? If you’re like me, reading this list if making you mad that you can’t be in fifty places all at once to try each and every one of these. Let’s continue on to the halfway mark of the most delicious list that you’ll read about today!

We’re halfway through the country! Which sandwich is your #1 thus far? Pick!

Next up, let’s travel to Missouri and Montana!

Sandwich: Salami Sandwich

Where to Enjoy: Gioia’s Deli

Want a super cool and meaty fact about Gioia’s Deli? They make and serve fresh roughly 10,000 pounds of their salami meat each month. One of the eaters’ most favorite ways to order and eat this super delicious sandwich is on Gioia’s freshly baked and made garlic cheese bread, all topped with some provolone cheese, or Provel, a local favorite alternative to cheese. No thanks, I’ll stick to the real provolone cheese! But still a good option for non-dairy folks nonetheless!

Sandwich: Pork Chip Sandwich

Where to Enjoy: Pork Chop John’s

What sounds better than getting a pork chop sandwich from a restaurant called Pork Chop Johns? Not much more, that’s for sure, I’ll tell you.

The pork on the sandwich is breaded and fried, all served on a fresh roll with mustard, onion, and pickles. What an iconic flavor and taste combo on a sandwich, right? Sounds similar to a Cubano (yum)!
