Forty-six down, and only a few more left now. We are officially in the home stretch here, so hold on just a bit longer with us, and we promise that it’ll all be worth it in the end (if it hasn’t been proven to you already).
Which sandwich do you think is coming up next? Let’s discuss!
Next up, let’s travel to Washington and West Virginia!
47. Washington
Sandwich: Fish Sandwich
Where to Enjoy: Market Grill
The fish sandwiches from Market Grill is something that you don’t see too often: the fish is grilled, as opposed to being a greasy deep-fried fish filet (which we love as well too). What’s also on this sandwich is a load of even other flavors as well, which go as follows: completely slathered, and we mean slathered with a herb-flavored house-made aioli, topped with freshly cut veggies, and all served on a fresh baguette roll. All we can say is this: yum….

48. West Virginia
Sandwich: Ham Sandwich (classic flavors)
Where to Enjoy: Cam’s Ham
The ham and Cam’s Ham, if you couldn’t already guess, is house cured and flavored. It’s not just cured with anything, it is sugar-cured ham, meaning if you like hams, such as Sara Lee Honey Ham, Honey Baked Ham, Brown Sugar Ham, something else, or all of them, then you’re bound to like this.
A light drizzle of pickle juice is also added on top of some shredded lettuce. Something unique about this sandwich? The ham is cut so thin that it flakes. Sounds like my kinda ham sandwich if you ask me! Dig in!
