9. Florida

Sandwich: Cubano

Where to Enjoy: Columbia Restaurant – Ybor City

These Cuban-style sandwiches are no joke. Whether you’re talking about a Cubano sandwich itself, or other authentic Cuban foods alike, it’s delicious looking, smelling, and tasting all the same. If you’ve never tried a Cubano sandwich before, then you’re certainly missing out because let me tell ya: Cubanos are life-changing. Life-changing. Do you get it?

However, Columbia Restaurant in Ybor City in Florida elevates it a bit and adds in some elements that are delicious for all kinds of people. What do we mean by that? Check out the part of the restaurant’s Instagram post that states the following message:

"“Ham for the Spaniards, Genoa salami for the Italians, mojo roast pork for the Cubans, and for the Germans and Jews, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard.”"

Have you tried this one yet? Your thoughts? Let’s hear it!

10. Georgia

Sandwich: Comfy Biscuit

Welcome to biscuit country. Georgia is certainly home to many famous biscuit dishes and restaurants alike that are sure to make you crave it. This particular sandwich that just so happens to be the most popular over at Stilesboro Biscuits is called the Comfy Biscuit, and boy does it sound like the ultimate comfort food all wrapped up in a biscuit breakfast sandwich.

Here’s what in this decadent gravy-filled gravy breakfast sandwich: a piece of freshly fried chicken and sausage gravy because we all know that we can’t pick just one.
