It’s certainly no secret that we’ve got quite the variety of sandwiches on this list that are ready for us all to eat to our heart’s true and honest content. Let’s see what’s up next from Hawaii and Idaho!

Which sandwich has been your favorite thus far? Comment down below!

11. Hawaii

Sandwich: Kalua Pig Sandwich

Where to Enjoy: Highway Inn

With two O’ahu locations in Hawaii, the Highway Inn is a Hawaii favorite, that’s for sure. The pork on this sandwich is cooked and smoked for over 12 hours, and served on kaiser slider rolls, as pictured above. Perfect for sharing or hogging it all to yourself (see what we did there).

Here, the same Kalua pork isn’t necessarily just served in this sandwich. They do it in all sorts of ways from slopping it into some breakfast burritos, in a classic pressed sandwich, or even sometimes served on a sweet Hawaiian roll, which just seems like the true OG combo right there.

Have you tried this one yet? Your thoughts? Let’s hear it!

12. Idaho

Sandwich: Italian Sub(s)

Where to Enjoy: Cobby’s

In the suburbs of Boise, you wouldn’t necessarily think of this as being the place to get a true authentic Italian sub; however, they really do know their stiff with it being such a crowd pleaser decade after decade after decades.

They have all sorts of true Italian subs ranging from Italian sausage sandwiches, and all the way to a simple mortadella and provolone sub on some freshly baked Italian loaf and/or baguette bread. They also have hot meatball sandwiches, egg salad sandwiches, Reuben, chicken salad sandwiches, and even a build your own creations with tons and tons of different combinations. *Drool-worthy….*
