Red Lobster is ready for St. Patrick’s Day and they want us to be as well. And that means giving us some recipes for celebrating at home.

Sure, we could place an order for delivery or pick-up, but sometimes making things at home is more rewarding. But if you are a fan of Red Lobster, you might want to enjoy their iconic Cheddar Bay Biscuits with your meal. Luckily for us, the restaurant understands us and wants to help make St. Patrick’s Day both delicious and magical.

Over on their Press Page, Red Lobster is offering us a chance to download three recipe cards inspired by this lucky holiday. So what can we create at home?

The recipes they are offering us include the Cheddar Bay Biscuit Corned Beef Sliders! A sandwich that perfectly combines the taste of St. Patrick’s Day with the deliciousness that is the Cheddar Bay Biscuit.

Red Lobster releases three recipes for making St. Patrick’s Day magic at home

Beyond the Cheddar Bay Biscuit Corned Beef Sliders, the other two recipes they are helping us create are the Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mint Chip Ice Cream Sandwich and the Red Lobster Fish Fry with Stout Aioli. (Yes, they really did make an ice cream sandwich with our cheesy, garlic biscuits!)

Whether you grab some Cheddar Bay Biscuits from Red Lobster to go in order to create the Sliders and Ice Cream Sandwiches or decide to snag the boxed mix at the grocery store and bake them up yourself, you can take these biscuits to the next level with these recipes. With the Fish Fry, choose your favorite fish and then snag a box of Red Lobster’s Fish Fry Mix and make a perfect dish at home, with the steps in their recipe cards.

While it is all about following the instructions on the box for the Fish Fry itself, the recipe card walks you through putting together the Stout Aioli, which is basically combining a Stout Beer (Guinness for example), mayonnaise, Balsamic Vinegar, and Honey, as well as salt and pepper.

I recommend checking out the Red Lobster recipe cards for precise measurements, but to make the Aioli, you reduce the Stout with the vinegar and honey in a sauce pan and then take the reduction and mix it in with the mayo and salt and pepper. It is then perfect for dipping your fried fish in and even for french fries and more.

We love the creativity of Red Lobster when it comes to these at-home recipes. And while we would never have thought to create an ice cream sandwich with Cheddar Bay Biscuits, we are so curious about this combination that we may have to try it for ourselves.
