All about the new Hand-Crafted Quesadilla at Chipotle

The fast food restaurant will roll out this new menu item and make it available beginning tomorrow, Thursday, March 11, 2021 — so be ready! I know what I’ll be having for lunch tomorrow (and this weekend if I love it).

This is the first customizable entree that Chipotle has featured in its menu since the salad became an option “17 years ago,” Chewboom shares, which brought this story to our attention.

The Hand-Crafted Quesadilla features Monterey Jack Cheese with your choice of chicken, steak, carnitas, barbacoa, sofritas, or fajita veggies. I think I’ll have mine with chicken, and another time with steak!

The source continues to share that the quesadilla is cut into triangular pieces and served in compostable packaging with up to three salsas or sides, including sour cream, guac, and others. Yum! Which sides will you pick?
