If you’ve scrolled the internet over the past couple of days, you may have come across a surprising and strange addition to Disneyland’s snack menu: the Pickle Corn Dog. Wrapping a hot dog in a pickle, and then a layer of batter — and offering peanut butter as a dipping option — Disneyland has taken the food-obsessed areas of the internet by storm with this new concoction.

Depending on who you talk to, it’s either going to be disgusting or delicious. One thing is for sure, though: When the parks reopen, this is definitely going to be worth trying (even if it’s just to say you’ve eaten a Pickle Corn Dog).

Of course, the Pickle Corn Dog isn’t the only new food item heading to Disneyland parks when they reopen — just the most notable. A number of delicious-sounding eats have been announced, and they’re making the temptation to visit Mickey Mouse that much stronger.

According to Disney Food Blog, these are some of the new and returning items you’ll see on the menu at California’s theme parks this spring and summer.

What food is headed to Disneyland when it reopens?

If you’re more into pasta than pickles and corndogs, Ballast Point’s Earth Day special might be a dish you want to keep on your radar. On April 22, visitors will be able to try a limited-time linguini dish containing sun-dried tomato, arugula and pecorino with lemon zest — and topped with house-made kale and walnut pesto.

For something a little less limited, cereal lovers can check out Salt & Straw’s new Cereal-sly Delicious Series, which includes five desserts that mix ice cream and cereal perfectly:

  • Pots of Gold & Rainbows: If you’re a Lucky Charms fan, this ice cream is the one for you. It contains whole-grain cereal and cream, along with rainbow marshmallows —
  • OffLimits’ Dash Cold Brew Cocoa Crisps: Cocoa-flavored cereal more your thing? This ice-cream treat mixes cocoa spheres, chocolate bark and fudge with cold brew ice cream, simultaneously fulfilling any chocolate or coffee cravings you might be having.
  • Peanut Butter Captain Munch: With peanut butter-coated cereal and peanut butter swirl, this ice cream is perfect for PB lovers out there — and it’s dairy-free!
  • Snap ‘N Crackle Marshmallow Treats: Brown butter treats, marshmallow and graham ice cream will leave those choosing this dessert saying, “Snap, Crackle, Pop!”
  • Cornflake Cookies w/ Marionberry Jam: Cornflakes may not scream “exciting dessert,” but the sugar cookies and marionberry jam in this concoction make it worthy of the title.

On top of its new additions, Disneyland is also bringing back the Le Frenchy Sandwich at Earl of Sandwich, a popular sandwich containing smoked ham, brie and mustard sauce on the restaurant’s artisan bread. If you’ve been missing that while the park has been closed, now’s the time to indulge!
