Insomnia Cookies is bringing us the Cookie Butter desserts we deserve
If you’re craving a late-night cookie, Insomnia Cookies is the place to visit — and the chain is bringing us new desserts sure to leave Cookie Butter lovers drooling.
On April 12, the cookie chain launched three additions to its menu, starting with a Cookie Butter that’s a far cry from the kind you’ll find at food stores like Trader Joe’s. Pre-packaged so that you can snack on the go, Insomnia Cookies’ recipe is gooey, chocolatey, and comes with the option to add candy on top.
It makes an ideal dip for everything from pretzels to fruit, and the company even sells it alongside its signature cookies. Talk about a great combo.
The chain also rolled out the Cookie Butter Bomb, an ice cream sundae filled with — you guessed it — the same Chocolate Cookie Butter you can purchase pre-packaged. Of course, everything tastes better topped with ice cream on top, and it’s almost the perfect season to indulge in this sweet, cold treat.
Finally, the last new item from Insomnia Cookies is the Loaded Brownie, which combines a brownie and Cookie Butter to deliver a dessert that will no doubt fulfill any chocolate craving. Topped with M&Ms, this looks like it’ll give you a tummy ache — but the kind that’s totally worth it when all is said and done.
How to get your hands on Insomnia Cookies’ new desserts
If Insomnia Cookies’ latest launch has you drooling, you aren’t alone. Unfortunately, the chain’s new creations aren’t available for shipping, but you can find them at one of their many locations nationwide. And those locations tend to be open into the wee hours of the night, so you won’t need to worry about rushing over there.
Members of the company’s CookieMagic program will also receive $3 Loaded Brownies during launch week as one of their perks, which is a great incentive to head over to your nearest cookie stop. Heck, these desserts look like they’d even be worth a road trip. We’d certainly go the distance for these delicious, chocolatey treats.
