Tortelloni is on the menu at Noodles & Company with these three new dishes

Noodles & Company is giving us three new stuffed pasta dishes with the help of one of our favorite pasts – Tortelloni! And we are ready for dinner.

In the first time in their history, Noodles & Company is diving into the world of stuffed pastas. And what better way to do this than with the arrival of not one, not two, but three new Tortelloni dishes? As a fan of their gnocchi, I was thrilled by the news that they were introducing some stuffed pasta dishes.

But now that we know what exactly each dish is, I am even more excited by this news. According to ChewBoom, Noodles & Company actually tested these Tortelloni dishes in December of 2020 in three states. And now these dishes are officially rolling out for all of us to enjoy.

In fact, Noodles & Company is even offering their rewards members a chance to try these new dishes right now until June 1. And if you do take part in this exclusive tasting, you even get the chance to earn free delivery (where available) until Sept. 6. But what are the new dishes in the stuffed pasta lineup?

Noodles & Company launches their very first stuffed pasta dishes with the help of Tortelloni

  • Roasted Garlic Cream Tortelloni – This dish is the one I am most excited for since their garlic cream sauce is decadence on a plate. For this dish, we get tortelloni stuffed with cheese and tossed in the roasted garlic cream sauce with spinach, mushrooms, onions, and zucchini. The dish is finished with a bit more cheese and fresh parsley.
  • 3-Cheese Tortelloni Pesto – This dish features tortelloni that has been stuffed with “ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, onions and garlic.” From there, the pasta is tossed in a basil pesto cream sauce with mushrooms, garlic, tomatoes, and parmesan.
  • 3-Cheese Tortelloni Rosa – Just like the 3-Cheese Pesto version, this dish features tortelloni stuffed with “blend of ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, onions and garlic.” But for this dish it offers a spicy tomato cream sauce that is all tossed together with spinach, mushrooms, Roma tomatoes, and parmesan.

When it comes to delicious pasta dishes, Noodles & Company knows how to deliver. And when it comes to innovation, we can’t help but love how they are keeping things fresh on their menu. We can’t wait to get our hands on the Roasted Garlic Cream Tortelloni and if we happen to forgo the beach this summer who could blame us.
