If the television commercials are to be believed (and we here at Guilty Eats have no reason to believe otherwise) then Arby’s has the meats. It has been their tagline for a number of years and has helped the chain increase their visibility in the crowded fast food wars.

Of course, having Ving Rhames and his distinctive voice be your “We have the meats” guy doesn’t hurt either.

Anyway, since we have now established that Arby’s does in fact have the meats, it’s good to hear that they are once again extending those meats to include one that has become the darling of BBQ pit masters everywhere: beef brisket.

According to the meat lovers at Chewboom, Arby’s has decided to bring back their popular Brisket Bacon Flatbread for a limited time. It will be available at select locations nationwide and is pretty much everything great you remember from the last time it graced the Arby’s menu.

The Brisket Bacon Flatbread is everything you love about Arby’s.

For those that may have missed out the last time it was available, the Brisket Bacon Flatbread includes 13-hour smoked beef brisket that has been topped with pepper bacon and BBQ sauce. In addition, it has cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo all stuffed into a folded flatbread. Hence the name.

You can get the sandwich on its own or if you think it may want some company, the Brisket Bacon Flatbread is also available as part of an Arby’s meal that includes French fries and a drink.

As we mentioned before, the Brisket Bacon Flatbread will only be back at Arby’s for a limited time so if you want to get your smoked brisket on you better do it soon. Because once it’s gone… well it’ll probably be back again sooner rather than later.
