While there have been plenty of discussions over favorite ice cream in all 50 states or what the most popular flavors are, it is hard to ignore real data.
And what better data is there than pulling together the flavors of ice cream that have been purchased the most in every state. With the help of Instacart data, we have a better idea of what flavors and brands of ice cream people are snagging for delivery.
So when it comes to determining the most popular flavors of ice cream in the country, we turn to Instacart to figure out what people are buying. Before doing a deeper dive into these popular flavors, which flavor do you think will be the most ordered in your state?
Some hints as to which flavors reign supreme: Moose Tracks took the top spot in 12 states, there was a four way tie for second most popular ice cream flavor, 24 states preferred flavors that feature chocolate!
