Cooking with Paris reminds us why we love Paris Hilton
By Sandy C.
If you’re not watching Cooking with Paris on Netflix, are you even sliving? The short answer is no. Paris Hilton’s new cooking show on Netflix is too much fun, nostalgic, and pretty informative.
I’m a fan of Paris Hilton, so I was going to watch Cooking with Paris no matter what, but I imagined it would be on in the background as I scrolled through social media or made lunch, but I quickly realized that was not going to be the case.
Cooking with Paris demands my full attention — as it should!
Clearly, I had forgotten how funny Paris is and I quickly felt nostalgic remembering her reality series The Simple Life with Nicole Richie. The personality Paris displays in her new cooking series is a very similar version to the “dumb blonde” persona in The Simple Life. And, honestly, loves it!
Of course, Paris is more mature in Cooking with Paris, but she’s fun and witty enough for fans of The Simple Life to get nostalgic.
Cooking with Paris is our favorite cooking show
In the show, Paris Hilton invites one of her celebrity friends to help her put a dish together for their theme night, such as Taco Night, Italian Night, you get the picture.
At the start of each episode, we see Paris shopping for the ingredients she’ll be needing to put together her recipes with her celebrity friend of the night. In each shopping trip, Paris is dressed to impress, but did we really expect anything less from the Paris Hilton? On the contrary, she has inspired me to update my wardrobe.
Kim Kardashian is the first guest and it’s seriously my favorite episode, which I didn’t think it would be. Other guests include Saweetie, Nikki Glaser, Demi Lovato, Lele Pons, and Kathy and Nicki Hilton. The episodes are under 30 minutes long, so it’s a fun and quick watch.
Not all of the dishes are a fail, but they are all fun to watch!
Now, will you learn a thing or two about cooking? Other than wanting to upgrade your kitchen utensil and bakeware, probably not! But it’s going to give you life. And these days, it’s all about sliving!
