23. Minnesota

Ice Cream Parlor: Izzy’s Ice Cream & Flapdoodle’s

Flavor Spotlight: Norwegian Chai & Carrot Cake

For Minnesota, we have two different ice cream shops that must be talked about! Here’s the first one: Izzy’s Ice Cream! They top off all of their ice cream orders with a tiny little scoop of something at the top (and that something being ice cream), kinda of like a little top hat! There are over 200 different possibilities and creative frozen combos to choose from! Yumm-o!

The second Minnesota ice cream shop is called the following: Flapdoodle’s. In all honesty, this one is my favorite by far just for the name alone. Need I say more?! They have mini sugar cones (h**l yes, a nautical theme to it, which is so perfect for an ice cream parlor if you ask me, don’t know why it just is. Finally, they also have some delicious seasonal flavors all year long. All hail Pumpkin Spice Lattes (ice cream and the coffee)!

24. Mississippi

Ice Cream Parlor: Area 51 Ice Cream

Flavor Spotlight: Saigon Cinnamon Snickerdoodle

All ice cream here is made daily with some fresh flavors and ingredients from the local Farmer’s Market: The Hernando Farmer’s Market! Flavors change all the time, but don’t worry there are still plenty and plenty of flavors to choose from, like Lemon Ice Box Cake and one of the best cookies out there (duh, Snicks), so fear not!
