Dr Pepper is spoiling their fans with a new, delicious, limited flavor. And this one is for the Pepper Perks members out there. That’s right this flavor is all about the FANS and it is FANtastic.
To celebrate their fans, and in particular their Pepper Perks members, Dr Pepper has revealed their new FANtastic Chocolate flavor. Think of this as an “exclusive indulgence.”
According to the press email we received, the new flavor is a chance to celebrate the arrival of this new rewards program. And it’s not just about getting your hands on this limited edition Dr Pepper flavor. There is even an opportunity to win branded gear and/or a trip to the College Football Playoff National Championship.

"Dr Pepper FANtastic Chocolate is a celebration of fandom and marks the introduction of the new Dr Pepper “Pepper Perks” rewards program. To access the limited time offering, consumers must scan the proof of purchase QR code on Dr Pepper purchases where they’ll be prompted to create a “Pepper Perks” account. Once fans earn a qualifying amount of points, they can redeem their purchase to receive the exclusive new flavor as long as it is available."
As a fan of Dr Pepper, I am excited about both their new rewards program and their new flavor. This limited edition flavor is perfect for the chocolate lovers out there. And of course, there is something about combining a drink that usually tastes like cinnamon cherry with vanilla undertones with chocolate.
