Girl Scout cookies are one of those things people look forward to every year. As soon as February hits, people start looking for the order forms or groups of Girl Scouts in uniforms with brightly colored boxes to sell. And everyone has their favorite. Whether it’s Thin Mints, Caramel deLites/Samoas, or Tagalongs.

Well, there is a new cookie coming to town and it’s called Adventurefuls. But, unfortunately, you won’t find it this year. It isn’t available until 2022. Yes, it’s a long wait but based on the flavors this cookie has, it will be worth it.

More from Snacks

Adventurefuls feature a brownie-inspired cookie with caramel cream with a hint of sea salt in the middle. YUM.

It also has a few chocolate stripes across the top for aesthetics and really, extra chocolate is never a bad thing.

The Girl Scouts have a new cookie and it’s all about adventure

According to the Girls Scouts website, they named the cookie Adventurefuls because it “take cookie lovers on a delicious taste adventure just like Girl Scouts go on their own amazing adventures all year long.”

You really can’t go wrong with chocolate and caramel as a flavor combination and the little bit of salt is sure to cut through the sweetness just enough to give it some depth of flavor. A cookie that’s inspired by a salted caramel brownie can never be a bad thing, right?

And if they taste as good as they sound, and according to Food and Wine, they do, these cookies might become everyone’s new favorite. Watch out, Thin Mints and Samoas. You might finally have some competition!
