Insomnia Cookies rolls out breakfast-inspired cookies worth getting out of bed for

Most people would say cookies aren’t for breakfast, but Insomnia Cookies is proving them wrong. The company is rolling out breakfast-inspired treats that sound mouth-wateringly delicious.

The three new cookie flavors are available for a limited time, a way to celebrate college students returning to campus. With all those all-nighters and early mornings, what better population to inspire such a selection?

• Everything Bagel: It’s hard to imagine taking the toppings from an everything bagel and putting them in a cookie. However, that’s exactly what Insomnia Cookies is doing. This flavor will contain poppyseeds and onion, and it definitely sounds worth trying at least once.
• Cinnamon Bun: More in line with the company’s usual offerings, the Cinnamon Bun cookie contains cinnamon chips, cinnamon swirls and cream cheese drops. Drooling yet?
• Cereal N Milk: Made from Insomnia Cookies’ CookieLab, these brown butter cookies contain Fruity Pebbes, marshmallows, and white chocolate chips. What more could you ask for in a snack? Those of us with sweet tooths will be lining up to try these.

Since Insomnia Cookies is only offering its breakfast flavors for a limited time, dessert lovers will want to track them down sooner rather than later. The first two cookies, Everything Bagel and Cinnamon Bun, are already in stores and available online.
