So how do we get our Vampire Kiss on?

Spa Girl Cocktails helps us get spooky with their Vampire Kiss Halloween recipe

What you need:

  • 3 ounces of the Spa Girl Cocktails Cucumber Vodka
  • 1 ounce of ginger simple syrup (the also suggested Domaine de Canton Liqueur)
  • The juice of an average size lemon
  • Raspberry puree
  • 1 blackberry
  • 1 lychee

What to do:

The drink itself is actually quite simple as you need to add your Spa Girl, ginger simple syrup, and the lemon juice to a glass. Stir it all together. Next add the raspberry puree to the edge of the glass on the inside (of course) with either a syringe or a spoon. (This will give the drink the effect of bleeding.)

While your drink is now complete, it is all about the garnish as well. For this you will want to create one or two “eyeballs.” Basically you want to stuff the blackberry into the lychee to create an eye. Either cutting the blackberry in half to make this happen or even using an additional lychee and blackberry (for the second eye). Using a long toothpick, stab through the “eye” and garnish your glass.

It really is that simple. And now, you have the perfect spooky sip for Halloween. Seems like a winner to us. (If we happen to drink this scary cocktail all year long, who can blame us.)
