Burger King: Get a free Ch’King Sandwich on November 9
By D. Goodman
Once the Great Chicken Sandwich Wars were over, one of the big winners was without a doubt Burger King. Their Ch’King Sandwich, which they had been developing for years as a chicken version of their Whopper, was a massive hit with their fans.
For those that might only eat Whoppers, the Ch’King includes a hand-breaded chicken fillet served with pickles and Burger King’s signature sauce all on a toasted potato bun. It comes in three versions, the Original, the Spicy (which adds a hot glaze), and the Deluxe (which adds lettuce and tomato and ditches the pickles).
And if you haven’t tried one yet, you really should. It really is an outstanding chicken sandwich that just might get you to rethink waiting in that ridiculously long Chick-fil-A drive-thru line.
In fact, if you are a BK Royal Perks Member, Burger King is giving you the perfect excuse to try one on them on November 9. According to Chewboom that is when the fast food chain will be giving away a free Ch’King to help celebrate National Fried Chicken Sandwich Day.
And yes, National Fried Chicken Sandwich Day really is a thing. I looked it up.
Get a free Ch’King from Burger King with any $3 or more purchase on Nov. 9
So here’s the deal. If you are a BK Royal Perks Member, you head to your local Burger King on November 9 and order three bucks or more worth of food. Which, let’s be honest, is pretty easy. A large order of fries should just about cover it. And then boom, you get a free Ch’King Sandwich.
All three varieties are part of the offer, so enjoy an Original, Spicy or Deluxe on them. But the offer is only good on Tuesday November 9 and only for members of the chain’s loyalty program. So do what you have to do and get a free Ch’King.
There are definitely worse ways to observe a made up holiday that celebrates fried chicken sandwiches.
