QDOBA introducing new mac and queso to their menu

Mac and cheese is a classic for a reason. It’s cheese (delicious) and pasta (amazing). What’s not to like? Well, QDOBA is taking mac and cheese and amping it up a notch. Their signature 3-cheese Queso has been incredibly popular for the restaurant. Now, they are adding it to pasta and creating their new Mac & Queso.

What’s in it? It starts with cavatappi noodles (why do curly noodles always taste better?) and it’s mixed with the 3-cheese Queso. The new item will be available as a Create-Your-Own bowl, a side dish, or a kids’ meal.

But that’s not all! You can customize your mac and cheese with different toppings or…(are you sitting down?) add it to your favorite burrito. I’m already drooling.

If you don’t want to figure out how to make your own bowl or burrito, there are several menu options to choose from.

First up: the Cholula Mac & Queso Bow or Burrito. It’s the Mac & Queso topped with Hot & Sweet chicken, pico de Gallo, sour cream, and cotija cheese. Yum!! You can get that in a burrito! This will be available in the restaurant and online.

Next is the Tex Mex Mac & Queso Bowl or Burrito. This one might have you drowning in your own drool. It includes slow-smoked brisket, roasted tomato salsa, and tortilla chips all on top of the mac and cheese. This is only available online.

Finally, there is the Loaded Mac & Queso Burrito.  This burrito is stuffed with the new mac and cheese, slow-smoked brisket, chile crema, pico de Gallo, corn salsa, and tortilla strips. It’s all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla. I think my head exploded just thinking about this. This is only available online.

Unfortunately, these new menu items are not available everywhere. Or at least not yet. They are already available in Canada and in Baltimore, Boston, New York, North Carolina, and Philadelphia. And they just came out in Colorado today, Friday, Nov 12, 2021.

If you live in one of these places, this is definitely something you want to try. It’s mac and cheese and a burrito. How could it be bad?!
