Take Thanksgiving Pie, add in the magic of Reese’s, and what do you get? Well, you get the largest peanut butter cup ever from Reese’s of course!
In a press release from Hershey, we learned that just in time for Thanksgiving, we are getting an opportunity to get our hands on a super limited and unique pie for our holiday dinner tables.
While we all know and love the traditional pies that hit our dessert table after the turkey and stuffing have been devoured, there is something about Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups that are hard to resist. And then to take that classic Peanut Butter Cup and super size it into a pie that comes in an epic (and even quite lovely if you ask all the foodies I know) pie box, and basically you have the most iconic dessert for Thanksgiving ever!
At 3.4 pounds of peanut butter and chocolate and at a diameter of 9 inches, this pie is truly a sight to behold. It also makes this treat one of the largest peanut butter cups from Reese’s ever. (And we did the Stuff a Cup Reese’s experience at Hershey’s Chocolate World, so that is saying something!)
Reese’s releases their first ever Thanksgiving Pie and it is super limited
Even though we are beyond excited by the news of this Thanksgiving Pie, there are a few key details to note. And they may be the most important pieces to this pie.
Up first, we have to note that Hershey is only releasing 3000 of these special Thanksgiving Pies from Reese’s. This means that once they go on sale, you are going to want to hop on this!
The next most important thing to know about this release is that it takes place on November 5. And you can only get the Thanksgiving Pie on the Hershey website. It will cost us $44.99 plus tax, but it will absolutely make you the talk of the Thanksgiving dessert table!
Now, I don’t know about anyone else, but as a fan of Reese’s everything, I am here for this Thanksgiving Pie. And hopefully other people love this as much as we do and Hershey decides to make this a yearly thing!
What do you think Guilty Eaters? Are we excited for a Reese’s Thanksgiving Pie? Will you try to get your hands on one of the 3000 pies being offered? We want to hear your thoughts in the comments below.
