Is Starbucks open on Thanksgiving Day 2021?

The holidays are upon us and that means that it is red cup season at Starbucks. Not only that, but some of our favorite drinks have made a comeback on the seasonal menu (even if the Eggnog Latte is still MIA). And when we think of the holidays, one of the first things that comes to mind is caffeine and staying fully caffeinated.

On Thanksgiving Day, there is nothing we need more than a hit of caffeine to keep us going. Whether we just need to get our day started or find ourselves stressing out over all the holiday prep work, sometimes you just need some Starbucks in your life.

And that begs the question of whether or not Starbucks is actually open on Thanksgiving Day.

Will Starbucks be open on Thanksgiving Day 2021?

Based on all the Starbucks locations we have been to in the last few weeks (who already have their holiday hours up in the window), the answer is yes! That’s right, Starbucks will be open on Thanksgiving Day. However, as even Mashed reports, you will want to check for hours of operation before heading out for that caffeine fix.

Although most locations will also be operating with reduced hours to make sure that their baristas have an opportunity to enjoy the holidays for themselves, there will be some locations that are in fact closed (whether due to staffing issues or the fact that they are in buildings that are closed for the holiday).

So whether you want a Creme Brulee Latte, a Peppermint Mocha Latte, or just need a classic hot coffee to get you through the day on Thanksgiving, Starbucks will be there for you.
