Need a quick list of the fast food restaurants that are open (and the restaurants that are closed) on Thanksgiving Day 2021? You’ve come to the right place!

No one enjoys cooking on holidays, especially Thanksgiving. All we want to do on this day (and night) is enjoy time with our family. Well, either that or dealing with family drama. And even if you are preparing a delicious Thanksgiving meal, you still have to eat before it! Catch a break while the turkey or pie are in the oven by stopping by your favorite fast food restaurant for your favorite quick bite.

To keep our minds and hearts happy, let’s give it a nice meal.  To take away some of the stress we know you are already feeling this holiday season, how about we skip the cooking? We thought so!

However, times have changed. This year, not ever place is open. Not to mention, when it comes to operation hours, each fast food is different. Some may be more available than others. It’s normal for restaurants to close their doors on holidays no matter when it falls on during week.

Fast food restaurants open on Thanksgiving 2021

The following fast food restaurants we know will open on this day:

  • Jack in the Box
  • Dunkin’
  • Burger King
  • Wendy’s
  • Krispy Kreme
  • Starbucks
  • McDonald’s
  • Popeyes
  • Sonic
  • White Castle
  • Domino’s
  • Little Caesars (as well as most major pizza chains)
  • Boston Market
  • Denny’s
  • Cracker Barrel
  • IHOP

We also know that Boston Market, Cracker Barrel, and Denny’s are open and taking Thanksgiving orders, but they have limited a supply! Unfortunately, as you may have noticed, Chick-fil-A is not on the list. This is because the fast food chain is never open on this holiday or Christmas (other major holidays as well as Sundays).

From which of these locations will you be picking up your quick meal or snack?
