Does anyone still work at The Claw on Nancy Drew?

If you have ever worked in the restaurant industry, especially at a diner, then you might be ridiculously frustrated by Nancy Drew. For the first two seasons of The CW series, we might have joked about the Drew Crew and their work at The Claw, the diner that George runs (and now that her and Ned own), but now we are seriously wondering what is happening.

While we would often see the members of the Drew Crew working their shifts at The Claw, cleaning up in the kitchen, and generally causing havoc on the town from the comfort of The Claw, in Season 3, things have definitely shifted.

But in episode 8, “The Burning of the Sorrows” it felt like everyone stopped even pretending like they actually worked at The Claw. Besides George walking through the diner to try and find Ned, it seems like no one is bothering to keep the diner up and running.

And we barely remember the last time members of the Drew Crew pulled an actual shift at The Claw (although Bess did work in episode 6 if we remember correctly). So who exactly is running the place and how is anyone paying the bills around here?

We have questions about The Claw on Nancy Drew

While Ace is out here complaining about needing work, we are wondering when was the last time he was at The Claw working. But that’s not all, as we also want to know who exactly they hired to cover the shifts that the Drew Crew is not taking.

The last time we heard anything about The Claw hiring was when Ace’s brother was temporarily working there to get close to Ace. But since then, nothing.

Obviously, there are plenty of other things to focus on when it comes to Nancy Drew, but as foodies, we are stuck on what is or isn’t happening at The Claw.

Are we alone in wondering what is happening with The Claw and the Drew Crew? Is anyone else thinking that basically no one works anymore? We want to know!
