Since arriving last year, Pringles Scorchin’ line of crisps have been burning the lips of fans and making them question how much they really enjoy spicy food. Whether it’s BBQ or Cheddar, the crisps pack a punch that you don’t really see coming.
In addition, Pringles also introduced their line of Wavy crisps. Thicker than a regular Pringle and including ridges (Or waves. See what I did there?), they hold up better when dipped and come in some amazing flavors, such as Jalapeno and Salted.
Now imagine if Pringles decided to combine the two. Make a wavy Pringle that will also scorch the roof of your mouth and give people who love spice that satisfying burn. It seems like a no brainer if you ask this foodie.
Well, according to the press release we here at Guilty Eats received, that is exactly what Pringles has done. One part heat and one part wavy crisps, say hello to your new favorite Pringle flavor, Scorchin’ Wavy Loaded Nachos.
Pringles Scorchin’ Wavy Loaded Nachos are just as hot as you think they are.
The new Scorchin’ Wavy Loaded Nachos include all your favorite flavors that you know and love when you order nachos. Queso? Check. Sour Cream? Check. Tortilla? Check. Plus the crisps include a touch of Jalapeno and cayenne pepper to give them some extra kick. As if they needed it.
We were lucky enough to sample the new flavor and we can attest they are hot. Like, have a glass of milk at the ready hot. Unless you’re really into spice in which case you will probably feel right at home but if you aren’t, consider yourself warned.
But even with all the heat the Scorchin’ Wavy Loaded Nacho Pringles are really good. They honestly do taste like nachos, which is a bit amazing when you think about it.
Pringles Scorchin’ Wavy Loaded Nachos are available now in a limited release with a full nation wide rollout coming early next year. And for once, this is a permanent addition to the Pringles lineup instead of a limited edition.
