What are Stop & Shop’s Christmas Eve and Christmas Day hours?
Whether you are looking to pick up some last minute groceries or you ran out of something you need for dinner, you may be wondering about Stop & Shop’s hours of operation for either Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. After all, the holidays come upon us rather quickly and things get lost in the shuffle.
I know that in the past, we have found ourselves forgetting to pick something up, running out of an ingredient in the middle of cooking or baking, or even just deciding at the last minute that we want to enjoy something else. And that is where a run to the grocery store comes into the picture.
One of our go-to stores for groceries is Stop & Shop. So we needed to know whether or not they would be open on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. And if they are open, what are their hours for either of these days.
Stop & Shop’s store hours for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
According to the press email we received on behalf of Stop & Shop, on Christmas Eve, all stores will be closing at 6 p.m., which means if you realize early enough that you are out of something, you will want to run over to get what you need before their doors close.
However, while the store is open on Christmas Eve, they are actually closed on Christmas Day. So this means that there will be no grocery shopping on December 25.
Of course, they will be back to regular hours on December 26, so if you don’t need anything urgently, you can always wait until the day after Christmas to get your shopping done.
