When it comes to creating the perfect charcuterie board or snagging unique Advent calendars, ALDI is our destination of choice. They are where we go for a wide variety of affordable groceries and they are our choice for finding unique treats and pantry staples.

But what if December 25 rolls around and you realize that you’re out of something you need for your Christmas dinner? What if you find out that one or two extra people are stopping by for the holidays and you want to at least offer up a fun and festive cheese board?

Well then you need to know whether or not ALDI will be open on Christmas Day this year. Luckily, we have the answer.

Will ALDI be open on Christmas Day?

According to the FAQs page for ALDI U.S., all ALDI stores will be closed on Christmas Day. And not only that, but they will also be operating with reduced hours for Christmas Eve. This means that if you are doing any last minute grocery shopping and you need to make an ALDI run, you will want to go early.

Even know that the stores will be open on Christmas Eve, we recommend calling ahead to confirm what time they will be closing, as they have not shared the exact hours of operation for their stores on December 24. That being said, they do recommend checking their store locator section of their website to get more information about holiday hours.

While ALDI will be closed on December 25, they will be back in action on the 26th to help us get ready for the next holiday on deck – New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day.
