As every fast food fan knows, Arby’s has the meats. We’ve written about their expansive meats here on Guilty Eats numerous times and just when you think they have enough meat, they shock everyone and end up having yet more meats.

However, it would seem from what we’ve read that not only is Arby’s trying to have all the meats, but they are expanding to other things as well. Now in addition to the meats, Arby’s is trying to have all the heats as well.

And they are so ridiculously serious about the heats that they are giving away milkshakes because they don’t think anyone can handle their impressive heats without one.

It is being reported by CNN (yes, CNN of all places) that Arby’s has taken the wraps off their new Diablo Dare Sandwich. They are calling it the spiciest fast food sandwich currently on the market and are backing that up by giving away a free vanilla shake to everyone who buys one.

What makes the Arby’s Diablo Dare Sandwich so scorchin’ hot?

So what is a Diablo Dare Sandwich and why is it hotter than the surface of the sun? Good question. First, you can get one with either Arby’s signature smoked brisket or their crispy chicken. After that it includes ghost pepper jack cheese, hot seasoning, fire-roasted jalapenos and Diablo BBQ sauce all on a toasted red chipotle bun.

You want more details? We got you. The Diablo BBQ sauce is made with four different kinds of hot peppers, including cayenne and habaneros. The Diablo Bun is made with chipotle pepper flakes and the hot seasoning includes two peppers and capsicum, a type of bell pepper.

That is some serious heat. So much so that Patrick Schwing, chief marketing officer of Arby’s warns folks that this sandwich is not to be taken lightly.

"“This is not a sandwich for the faint of heart. Everyone in the quick service restaurant industry says they have a spicy option, but our research tells us that consumers are disappointed by fast food claims of spicy.”"

Sounds like a challenge if you ask me.

The Diablo Dare Sandwich will be available at your local Arby’s from now until February 6, so if you want to take a chance and think you can take the heat, head over and give it a go. And even if you can’t finish it, at least you got a free milkshake.
