Cold Stone Creamery introducing chocolate-covered strawberry ice cream
Is there anything better than a chocolate-covered strawberry? I think not. It’s juicy and fruity and chocolate. It’s the perfect combination of flavors. But while the treat is good on its own, why not make it into ice cream? That’s what Cold Stone Creamery is doing for Valentine’s Day this year.
They are celebrating the love-themed holiday by introducing their newest flavor, Chocolate-Dipped Strawberry. Are you drooling yet? Because I definitely am!
The ice cream features strawberry ice cream with chocolate fudge ganache mixed in. It really doesn’t get better than this.
The flavor is available on its own in a cone or a cup or you can have it in one of two frozen treats. The first is the You Had Me at Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries Creation. It includes the new ice cream along with red velvet cake, brownie pieces, and fresh strawberries. Um, yes, please!

The second treat is perfect for a crowd. The All’s Fair in Love & Cake will have you fighting your loved ones for a second slice. It’s made up of layers of red velvet cake and Chocolate-Dipped Strawberry ice cream. It’s then covered in pink strawberry icing and then topped with fudge ganache. The ganache is allowed to drip down the sides of the cake because why not??
Both of these frozen treats sound amazing. I’m not above buying myself one of the ice cream cakes because OMG, it sounds delicious.
The new ice cream flavor, the cake, and the creation are available at all Cold Stone Creamery locations nationwide. But it’s only available for a limited time. After Tuesday, Feb 15, 2022, the ice cream will be gone and you may have to wait until next year for it to come back.
