Denny’s announces the return of the Super Slam

For fans of breakfast and in particular fans of the breakfasts that are served up at Denny’s, there is nothing better than one of their immensely popular Slam deals. Usually a Slam at Denny’s includes some combination of pancakes, eggs and breakfast meats for a ridiculously low price.

For example, the iconic Denny’s Grand Slam breakfast includes a pair of buttermilk pancakes, two eggs and two pieces of bacon and sausage for just under ten bucks. You’re going to have a hard time finding a better deal anywhere.

In fact, if you do want a better deal then you are going to have to head right back to Denny’s. Because for a limited time the Super Slam breakfast has returned to the menu. And honestly there isn’t a better deal to be found.

According to the slammin’ folks at Chewboom, the Super Slam is back thanks to a partnership with the NCAA and Women’s Basketball Champion Fran Belibi. Denny’s is donating $25,000 in her name to the Women’s Sports Foundation.

The Super Slam is back at your local Denny’s for a limited time.

So what does Belibi and the Super Slam have in common? The fact that Belibi is one of the best college basketball players in the country and more importantly, is one of of only eight women who has ever slam dunked in a college game.

So you can see why Belibi and the Super Slam go together perfectly.

The Super Slam includes two buttermilk pancakes, two sausage links, two strips of bacon, a pair of eggs and hash browns all for the low, low price of $6.99. Which makes it a better deal than the Grand Slam if you do the math.

To review, you get a heck of a deal on a great breakfast and help support women athletes across the country. Sounds like a win/win all around. Just remember the Super Slam is only back for a limited time so get one while you can.
