Grubhub reveals the most popular pizza toppings ahead of National Pizza Day
Did you know that February 9 is National Pizza Day? In honor of this delicious day, Grubhub is giving us some facts we can’t resist, including the most popular toppings and even which cities buy the most pizza.
While you might be thinking of just celebrating National Pizza Day by actually ordering a pizza, we are celebrating by learning more about what foodies across the country are enjoying as a topping. And of course, we are pretty impressed by the news that the most popular day to order pizza delivery is actually on Mondays. (We would have guessed Friday if anyone had asked us.)
According to the press email we received from Grubhub, all of this data is based on 2022 numbers so far, so of course things could and likely will change, but as now, these are the things we know about one of our favorite guilty eats ever.
