El Pollo Loco is ready for Lent with their new taco

Lent is almost here and that means getting ready with seafood options. And while we love many of the fish sandwiches on fast food menus, at El Pollo Loco we have a tastier option to choose from.

In a press email we received on behalf of El Pollo Loco we learned that from now until June 1, customers looking to add a little seafood to their life can snag a brand new taco off the company’s menu. Introducing the new Baja Shrimp Tacos!

The Baja Shrimp Tacos will be available in their classic street taco format, which means it is wrapped in a warmed corn tortilla. This new taco will give people looking to shake up their Lenten meals something tasty that isn’t just your typical fast food seafood sandwich.

So what makes these Baja Shrimp Tacos special?

Just in time for Lent, El Pollo Loco releases their newest taco – The Baja Shrimp Tacos

According to the email’s description of these tacos we are getting a delicious new taco that is,

"Cooked to perfection in a chipotle and garlic marinade, the new Baja Shrimp Taco is topped with fresh shredded cabbage, house-made pico de gallo and baja chipotle sauce – all wrapped in a corn tortilla."

When it comes to delicious meals, El Pollo Loco delivers. And while this may only be a limited time addition to the menu, we are still pretty excited about this news and the newest menu item. We love shrimp in general and throw it onto tacos and we are here for it! Yes, that means that we will be snagging these Baja Shrimp Tacos as often as we can until June 1.
