Ah, breakfast! Breakfast, breakfast, breakfast! We are officially down to our last 20 breakfast establishments in the United States; however, there are still so many more different places and dishes alike to come, so keep those buckles on and be sure to continue to stay along for the ride!

31. New Mexico

Breakfast Place: Waffle + Pancake Shoppe

Featured Dish: Classic Belgian Waffles

Over at the Waffle + Pancake Shoppe out in Alamogordo, breakfast and lunch is served! Here, you can literally get anything from along the lines of a Bacon Cheese Burger, a Must-Be-Heaven Roast Beef Sandwich off of “George’s Legendary Sandwiches” section on the menu, or if you’re here for breakfast, other options, such as the following: George’s Butt-Burner Omelet or something just a bit sweeter and savory combined, such as a Teddy Bear (Sausage) Cake!

Something that also catches my eye is called the Chicken Fried Whaaa?? which also consists of the following as well: 8 oz. chicken fried steak medallion with your choice of gravy or green sauce (if you choose green sauce we legitly cannot be friends whatsoever, just sayin……), topped with hashbrowns, American and Swiss cheese, 2 slices of Ham, 2 strips of Bacon, and two eggs of top with toast. HOLY HEART ATTACK (but a delicious one nonetheless), am I right, or am I right?!

Now, for what we’ve all been most importantly waiting for…let’s talk about their Classic Belgian Waffles! Might not sound like anything super special; however, while they are served classically plain, minus some powdered sugar of course (def a must-have on a waffle if you ask me), you may also add Strawberries, Blueberries, Apples, and/or Whipped Topping (also a Waffle must have if you ask me)!

32. New York

Breakfast Place: Westway Diner

Featured Dish: Monte Cristo

This is the most perfect place if you’re looking for some deliciously classic breakfast food options with some tried and true New York flare added on into it! They are also available for delivery and to also be scheduled ahead (perfect thing for having company or unexpected guests as well alike)!

Now, for what we’ve all been most importantly waiting for…let’s talk about their Monte Cristo! Now, this quite the classic sandwich, which I’ve had both for breakfast and for lunch as well (if you can’t decide between order one or the other, order the Monte Cristo because it’s just a little tad bit of both). Here’s what’s it in and what it also deliciously consists of as well: open face French toast, Swiss cheese, ham and turkey. Can’t get more deliciously classic than that, folks, just can’t!
