Breakfast Place: Barry’s Cafe

Featured Dish: Cheeseburger + Eggs

Almost everything on this menu, which I think is kinda cool and customizable in a way, comes with the choice of one eggs or two. Feeling more hungry? Get two eggs! Wanna keep it light, but still have a taste for the classically delicious oval-shaped breakfast food? Get just one egg! This place also serves all-day breakfast from 7:30 in the morning, up until 2 in the afternoon. Sounds great to me! Your thoughts?

Now, for what we’ve all been most importantly waiting for…let’s talk about their Cheeseburger + Eggs! First of all, it is exactly what it’s name makes it sound like/suggests it to be, but just in case you still do wanna know what’s in it exactly, here’s what it deliciously consists of: Mama patty (the burger part, of course), with your choice of cheese, 2 eggs (no choice of egg count with this one, haha), and of course your choice of sides. Yes, you heard that right plural sides, meaning if you’re just like me and can’t decide, get both! Get all three! Just overall, get whatever your heart desires!

Breakfast Place: The Shack on Broadway

Featured Dish: Hooligan Omelet

Honestly, this place legit has it all: sweet waffle and classic pancake options, which have been voted the best in town, classic and two of my personal faves: country fried steak and eggs and biscuits and gravy! All in all, here over on at The Shack on Broadway out in Fargo, there is something for absolutely everyone! Great!

Now, for what we’ve all been most importantly waiting for…let’s talk about their Hooligan Omelet! Personally, when I hear the name, if it’s something cool and not self-explanatory, of a menu item, albeit for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I like to imagine what’s in it – normally, that’s pretty easy; however, with this Hooligan Omelet, I had absolutely no idea…upon further research, here’s what it deliciously consists of as well: filled with cheese, topped with their famous home-made beef chili, onions, and more cheese. Want to add a kick or a bit of heat to it? Try some Jalanpeños on it too!
